Duette is a plugin for Enterprise Tester. The Duette licensing level must match that of the Enterprise Tester license it is being used with. For instance, a 25 User Enterprise Tester license will require a 25 User Duette license. Further information can be found in the licensing and pricing FAQ.

Our software licenses entitle you to perpetual use and include 12 months maintenance (support and product updates) commencing from the date of purchase. To continue to receive updates and support after this time you have the option of renewing your maintenance.

Note: Maintenance renewals commence from the expiration of your active maintenance period, regardless of when the maintenance renewal is purchased. If you intend to renew, we recommend renewing at least 30 days before expiration.
Upgrades
You will be pleased to know that you can upgrade Duette at any time. The upgrade process is very simple, and all your data is preserved.

You can upgrade to a 15 Users, 30 Users or Unlimited license at any time - all data is seamlessly upgraded. Please note that upgrading your license does not extend the maintenance. Starter licenses are not upgradeable. If you are using a Starter license and wish to move to a higher user tier, you can purchase a new commercial license.
Note: If you are using Duette, the Enterprise Tester and Duette licensing levels must match. For instance, a 5 User Enterprise Tester license will require a 5 User Duette license.
